Located 2 minutes' walk from the Arno river, 6 from Ponte Vecchio bridge and 5 from Piazza Santo Spirito.
An elegant, comfortable and unique abode with all modern amenities including a well-equipped kitchen and open and airy dining/living area with a lovely balcony. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one full and one half) in an L-shaped space.

The space

One large king size bedroom and two queen size bedrooms. 1.5 bathrooms (one fully equipped with an ample and luxurious custom-made shower, sink and WC, and the other with WC and a beautiful sink.) The house has fast wifi on a fixed line, two flat screen TVs, DVD, AC/heating in each room, and very comfortable top level beds.

The location is extremely well situated, just a step away from the crowds, but close enough to enjoy the many stunning monuments of Florence, the river, antique dealers, artisan shops and excellent local restaurants, wineries and bars. This is definitely the place for those who are 'in the know' about where to stay in Florence and are looking for an elegant, comfortable and uniquely conceived abode.

The apartment is right on a square in the very hip San Frediano area with restaurants, bars and cafés right at your feet, and Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens just a stone’s throw away. Also just a short walk across the Arno to all of the other major Florentine attractions. The apartment was very well appointed in terms of amenities (appliances, coffee, sugar, spices, welcome basket, etc.). Our host, Tullan, was very attentive. UPON ARRIVAL
Upon arrival we must, according to Italian law GU n.14 del 17-1-2013, ask for official details such as full name, date of birth and a citizen number from an official document such as an identity card, passport or driving license. We are also obliged to ask our guests to sign a contract for touristic purposes assuring that the apartment is in working order.

TOURIST TAX (“Imposta di Soggiorno”)
Florence City Council has instituted an obligatory tourist tax on all stays by visitors (for a max of 7 nights.)
The amount for this apartment: €3 per person per night (children under 12 years are exempt.)
Airbnb collects tax automatically, otherwise payable in cash upon arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT – To Be Acknowledged
Security Deposit must be acknowledged – if home is damaged, charges may be up to €250.
Please turn lights/air-con/heating/gas and close windows/shutters when out.
Kindly throw garbage in containers on street and wash dishes before check out.
